Trauma Informed Reiki is a gentle approach to releasing stored trauma, whether it’s physical, emotional, mental, or spiritual. Our session will start by creating a safe space for healing. You are encouraged to participate in the healing session in whatever way feels right for you in the moment. You may feel very relaxed during our session, or you may experience emotions and/or physical sensations surface. All responses are normal. Our session is designed to leave you feeling more relaxed and at peace, which can help facilitate deeper healing.
